Vietnam - Same Same But Different / October 2018

I just had to opportunity to spend the month of October exploring Vietnam and collecting battlefield soil samples for the Veterans Plaza of Northern Colorado. Every year on the Memorial Day weekend the Plaza hosts a massive ceremony which usually is over a three day period. During this time frame soils from US battlefields are added to the Victory Garden in a during a very emotional service. In 2020 the Traveling Vietnam Wall will be returning to the Plaza and these soils will be placed at that time.
